I bought a bunch of teeny tiny figures from a store that sells model trains, remote planes, etc. The figures are less than 1 inch high.

Sorry I missed this collection. It's impressive and inspiring! this one needs a dinosaur. ;-)

This is a really cool landscape. The smaller plants really do look like tropical underbrush, and the sprouting plants look rather alien. Interesting take on macro.

This is awesome and I LOVE the idea... I'm thinking it would be an awesome way to start my kids in photography... get some figures, have them set up scenes and then write stories as Saker suggested :) (they both love story telling) ! Can't wait to see more !

So cool, it looks like he is in the jungle. It reminds me of the movie "Honey I shrunk the kids"

I came across a lady at an art festival in Houston who had a whole series of photos using little people from model trains. Have been wanting to do a series under the same idea. Just got my macro lens, now need the little people.

Really like the photograph.

I can see you doing a whole set of these shots. You should write a little story to go along with them as they would make great illustrations.

He looks miniscule compared to the fern heads! Great idea to use little guys for macro props :-)

I like this miniature guy in the foliage forest. Pretty cool idea. I'll be watching for your next shots!

Sweet! Great idea! He looks so Paul Bunyan-ish amidst the greenery. I think it will be a great series, & you should go back & get some accessories. And some tweezers or something to put them in place. In December, you can set them up in a little Christmas city. "D

That's some impressive moss -- reminds me of the scene from Journey to the Center of the Earth with the giant mushrooms.

I just saw a package of small figures (more like 2" high) at the thrift store for $1 -- maybe I should pick some up as photo props. :-)

I've been wanting figures like that, but they're soooo expensive here in Japan.

How very cool! Is it from a train set or something?
