After a big failure with a flower macro, I asked myself where I would get a lot of highlights in the background. My thoughts went rapidly to a night shot, and the railway station seemed a good idea because of the many signal lights. I had to find a foreground and the balustrade seemed alright because of the round shape of the knobs similar to the bokeh.

Most processing done in camera raw: decreased colour temperature, increased vibrance and clarity. In photoshop a minimal amount of curves for additional contrast, USM, resized, saved for web.

Good idea, I think the composition could be better. Especially the graffiti, that really kills it for me.
