This was an exceptionally challenging shot for me. The weather was sunny to dark and forboding within minutes. It would pour and then be nice. I had to shoot through the backstop chain link fence and wait for the runner on second to be in the frame before he stole to third.

Made me think of "The Sandlot." I love his look of determination. I'd like it in a warm BW conversion too. :)

The best part about this picture is the eye contact. Also love the shallow depth of field and composition of the scene. However, since it misses any real 'action', I am gonna have to give it only a 7. Good job though!
