 It's a little blurry due to it being a 20 second exposure with an extreme amount of wind

too mch black not enough white, if there is water in the foreground shouldnt there be reflections

I can see you used the rule of thirds in the crop, but less forground may have helped.

Someone needs to promote that town because Motown is now Notown! As far as the photo, I like the shapes of the buildings and the lighting. The ultra long exposure only revelad the light and dark and there is no major tones in between that... however that is part of it's good features.
