 Well, I couldn't get the concept from my head to in front of the lens for this challenge. But here's what came out instead.

Nothing says harmony of mind to me more than my morning coffee.

I know, sadly my original concept was to tap the surface of the coffee with the spoon and create a ripple. The last 3 zen challenges had a ripple photo in the top 3, and this challenge did as well.
Unfortunately, I just couldn't get the ripple to pan out, so did this instead.
