 Tried to capture the "ripple on a pond" of zen photography.

Dropping a small Canadian goose feather into a vessel of water. Illuminated with daylight CFLs.

Exposure/contrast adjustments, tint, blur, unsharp mask and resize using Nikon Capture NX2

Hi Mark,
I really like the concept.
I think that in order to get more sharpness in the front and details in the circle waves, you should have use a MACRO 60MM lense, in addition, the position and the angel of the feather in the frame is a little bit far for me.

The image alone is quite strking... the implication that that feather has created the ripple is thought-provoking and clever. Vignetting on three of four corners is subtle. I like this more, the more I look at it. Kudos!
