 Taken during the DC/DPC Nighttime monument outing. This shot was done in partial manual mode, RAW output, with my tripod set behind the giant vase on the Lincoln Memorial. Editing included unsharp mask, levelling, and resizing.

a bit too grainy in foreground

Interesting framing but I think the foreground elements are a little too much and so dominate the image, which takes away from viewing the center element.
