Editing Steps :
1) Tone Mapped using single image by bumping up and reducing the exposure +/- 1 stops
2) Color Balance to bring out the building colors
3) Rotate and crop
4) Image resize and Sharpen
5) Sharpen individual bits and pieces like sand in foreground and clouds
6) Reduce noise from clouds due to sharpening and tone mapping
7) Image resize and sharpen again
8) Add Border and save for web

I like this edgy interpretation with the sharp contrast, which gives a lot of depth. Awesome work on the reflections.
