 Skew to straighten out tilted buildings.
Separate skew to straighten out reflection of building. Blend two images with mask.
Topaz for sky, Topaz for buildings at different settings.
Crop to emphasize bird on beach in lower right.
Adjust saturation: Increase red for flag, lower blue and cyan to tone down sky.

You brought out a lot of detail through your processing. I like the colors - they are pretty realistic to how it actually looks. A little too much contrast for my taste.
