 Skew to remove barrel distortion.
Topaz Adjust separately for building and sky. De-noise and blur for sky. Add back some noise for natural look.
Patch badly blown areas on building with "skin grafts" from building.
Convert to B&W -- fool with tonalities.
Sharpen building but not sky or tree.

Yeah! That's where my body is encased in glass and on display to the public. Like the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia. ;-)

This is a great edit - excellent bw conversion.
