 I'm back after not really picking up my camera for 18 months and not submitting a thing to DPC. Not expecting much for this, but it's my little girl and I think she is beautiful.

Had already planned to do a shoot in the wild flowers and the speed challenge seems like a good idea so I renewed my membership, that and the announcement of DPL2!!

Very simple edit, Convert from RAW, USM, Levels, Hue/SAT and some more levels. Minor clone of a yellow flower which annoyed me :) Little blur on cheek. Didn't even crop. SFW and fingers crossed.

Oversaturated. The orange patches on her skin are distracting and unappealing. A wonderful composition though.

A beautiful photo. I may consider toning down the saturation just a smidge (try sliding the yellows down a little).
