A few people are wondering how this was done. The glasses have jello in them. I placed them on a mirror with one flash behind the setup aimed at the white background. No other lights/flashes.

Well done Karen. I went past this and then I wondered. How one of them was upside down and came back to it. Nice shot and well lit too.
