 I have no idea how this will do.
I thought I was being very witty for coming up with the idea of shooting a clover, since the three leaves of the clover certainly take up the same visual importance.
However, nitpickers might say it does not fit the challenge well enough.

I was scared that just a picture of a clover would be too boring, so I did the cliche thing and sprinkled some water on it to make it more interesting.

Very minimal editing was done
Levels, Exposure, Color Balance, and spot editing out some minor leaf flaws.
I could have easily submitted this in basic.

Welcome to DPC, fiora! You've been here just over a month and I see you have entered lots of challenges! that is a nice strong way to become a better photographer.

You entered a nice, careful image of a subject that met the Challenge well. And you received a good score for this well thought out, but not flashy, image. Yes, just because you 'can' doesn't mean you 'must' use all the tools at your disposal. There is lovely bokeh here and the muted reds compliment the greens to make this image work well.

So congratulations on a good score and I hope to see more of your work soon.
