-Gradient mask created on diagonal lower-left to upper-right
-RGB Curve through mask to even out lighting
-RGB Curve
-Blue/Yellow Curve
-Resize
-Crop from top and right to reduce file size
-USM at 12%/48 dia/TH = 0
-USM at 88%/1.3 dia/TH = 5
-Add 4-pixel red border
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 9/10 = 296KB

I was keyboard voting and it recorded my provisional 2 - I think the POV makes it worth more than that as does the focus on the potted ball.

The motion blur works but the lack of clarity of the cloth doesn't serve you well, the red on the potted ball is quite noisy too.

I think most people would count more than three elements too.

Bumping from a 2 to a 4 - I can't really see more merit than that score in it I'm afraid.

I understand what you are doing but a longer exposure probably would have worked better here...It would have blurred the balls to where all that was visible would be the colors..

it's a great photo idea, I would have liked at least one ball to have been in focus completely though...
