Here's my comments specifically because you've marked it CW.
If I was voting in this challenge I would have given you a 5. I like your subject and you've managed to capture it mostly isolated from a potentially distracting background, but not quite. I feel the car behind and especially the orange in the background is a little too distracting. |

| Interesting subject. The van seems a little blurry, of course it is moving...maybe a faster shutter speed would have helped there. Another way you might have taken this is as a panning shot as it passed you. Might have made the shot a little more interesting. |
