picture of my dog Ranger shaking his head.... took lots and lots of shots to get a good one...luckily my dog knows how to shake his head on command which actually made it a little easier... took the picture outside in our backyard on a beautiful spring day. cropped, resized, adjusted the contrast a bit. i had other shots showing a bit more motion..but the sun went behing a thin cloud during this pic, and it made the quality and lack of shadows too good to not use. hopefully it's enough "stopped action" but trust me...usually those ears hang low...

Superb looking shot. Doesn't quite convey stopped motion to me (though I'm sure the pup was nodding it's head up and down to make the ears flop up). Makes it look rather bat like!
