I so agree with Melethia on this one. She is such a beautiful little girl and you must be so proud... and good for you to take her for her haircut!

Gorgeous shot on a number of counts. I love your daughter's pensive look. The sparkles on the beautician's shirt are a nice touch, I think. I like your compositional choice to cut off the head of the adult (that works in this case) and to use the strong diagonal. And I of course love it in monochrome!
