I missed this at the time. It's a great piece of art (and I don't know why a catalog would not be a product in itself, let alone the works it offers).

I had never seen this one before. Really remarkable.

The mighty toothpick. Did you have to climb on a roof to get this shot?

This has left me speechless all the way through. Dali, chopsticks and 7 faves - well, I'd say the universe is doing ok.

This is beautiful. Your perspective makes it look as if the wood is holding up a horizontal plane of sand. Really cool.

Beautifully composed. Strong shapes and forms. I love this.

Interesting, would have liked to have seen more of the blue in the shot.

A rather amazing compilation of senses. Believe it or not, you've got taste in this one - it makes me want Chinese food. (Commenting only.)

WOW, what a great idea--product shots for a catalog of abstract art! I love it!

I have voted 8 on most of the abstract catalog entries. Four of them I thought were stunning abstracts (including this one) so I gave them 10s.

I understand that some people are upset about this set of entries. One of the important functions of contemporary art is to raise issues and push boundaries. This often gets people upset. Hang in there!

Loving this. It's a stunning image. Not voting due to time constraints and wouldn't want my vote to be scrubbed if I didn't meet the 20% rule. Like the OOB thinking even though you are probably getting hammered

An intrigue and the one challenge entry worth revisiting. I feel, for some inexplicable reason, prompted to remember a song with a much better title than this one: La Enorme Distancia. Perhaps, it has something to do with the remarkable distance this image reveals in this challenge between itself and the remainder...

I feel as though I have voted on this already. I hesitate to click to the next image for fear of getting another abstract in a Product Shot challenge. Trepidity sets in an I move on...

Smudgey and spare and layered and gorgeous. Very pretty. It hurts a bit. Thanks. 8

Besides the fact you chose to enter a DNMC shot, I see alot of color noise resutlting from oversaturation. Not too much of a abstract, anyway. With proper processing this would have had a lot of commercial potential.
