This was going to have a princess in it too (sleeping beauty lol) but I thought that might be overkill...

Layer mask erase background
add castle
free transform
paint clouds in front of horse
add in dragon - layer mask erase background
dodge/burn
add hand and sword
clone
hue/sat separately on each layer
smudge tool
blood splatter
colour burn
merge all
copy
undo merge
paste
filter forge old drawing
multiply
dodge tool
