levels curves..sampled colors and painted over heads in the foreground of the original blured the layer and blended into the image. Added a few layers of fractulius and a couple texture overlays..

1st place. I love this. You have retained the beauty of the foremost girl and kept attention on her with the texture being behind her but in front of her supporting dancer.
