this photo is better than the first one I looked at but at the same time I would move the light to allow it to hit the top of her hair and spill down.

Another thing I would do is move your lights closer to your subject. I know you don't have control over the amount of light but I would bring the lights just a little closer.

I like your lighting on this one. It would be nice to control the light spilling onto her shoulder as it is rather bright and takes away from her face. IMO.
