 levels, contrast, select sky and change color to orange. Darken the rest to make it all black. Added the birds. Noise reduction. Opened from the texture library. Selected the broken out part on the glass. Fit the pic of the girl into the broken part. Added filter off of Virtual Photographer called Magazine. Selective color to add black to blacks. USM
There was more like cleaning up the edges and stuff.
Let me just say it probably would have been easier to type in what I didn't do to it!
