 Took this at a local park. Duckie was on a Peter Pan statue on a beautiful end-of-winter day. BTW: Duckie is 27 yrs old; we gave it to our son on the day he was born. It was taken at midday so the light wasn't the best.

Greetings from the Critique Club!

At first I thought it was part of the statue but that didn't make any sense for the challenge. I think the only reason you didn't score better with this picture is because the rabbit statues seem to be the main focal point.

The focus looks great, maybe a wider aperture could have been used to put the rest of the picture out of focus leaving the duck sharp. Also a wee bit of contrast added would be nice.

Overall I think this is a very strong image on a personal level, after reading your notes it makes more sense and shows the sentimental value that the voters would not have known of. I wonder if you got any strange looks carrying around this duck :P
