Wow, there are some very harsh comments on here. It's a fine photo I think, I like all the light-play going on.
I remember passing by this monster at night when its all closed up, it's a pretty neat sculpture, in a pretty neat city! ;)

Islas Malvinas Siempre Argentinos!

Although this is largely about existing artwork it would be wrong to see this as a derivative image - your photography has brought plenty of added value here: the POV and the position of the sun in the frame, the full on coloration and then all the technical stuff relating to the contra-jour technique. All good stuff. I also like the way the distortions in the 'petals' are mirrored by the lens distortion of the whole image.

4 - There is a tilt to this that doesn't serve a purpose and the fore / bottom of the frame is distracting.

Good pic, but overdone in the saturation department.

I was thinking while looking at this, how cool it would be to combine modern art like this with solar panels..

Having difficulty finding the "art" that's yours here. Was looking forward to hearing something from each photographer, from being told something or asked to feel something. This one doesn't do that. Technically, your processing is overdone. You've pumped the blues to get that sky, and it shows. Much colour fringing, especially in the sky.

Great photo,I love Argentina and had such a great time when i was there, i actually have almost the same shot just haven't found the time to edit it, lol
anyway, ur photo.. i like the vibrance of the photo and the comp seems well placed, i feel the greens are a bit over saturated close to the waters edge and is a little eye catchng aside from that the sun spots are an eye catcher aswell, beautiful shot tho i really like the reflections in the flower and how the flower is looking towards the sun. great job on this one

A really fun shot OF art, rather than a really fun art shot. IMHO.

Colourful shot, but the banding around the sun, and chromatic aberration around the metallic flower attract my eye a bit much.
