We pass by thousands of instants just like this every day.. I wanted to add a nostalgic or dreamy quality to the image. There are a lot of variations in focus to keep the eyes darting around.. Thoughts?

A lot of diffrent layers. fractulius overlay. dodge and burn. multiply layer borders. glausian blur and sharpenned layers. high pass filters. color adjustment.. resize.. usm..
