 i forget the exact steps since i was multitasking but they included:

crop
clone
topaz
nik efex for contrast
color correction
hue/sat colorize+curves
USM x2
B&W conversion using a gradient map
(masked the B&W layer to resaturate her skin)
vignette and blurred background slightly.


the steps were not in that order (i.e i know to USM at the end and color correct at the beginning)
