Normally I would tell why I'm handing out a low score. Here I think you'll know for yourself the multiple reasons. I would almost believe this is a deliberate run for the brown. |

You never cease to amaze me. The backdrop is nothing short of spectacular. |

the picture seems to be a bit out of focus and the seem on the background is a little distracting in my opinion |

The fact that is is so un-sharp simply shows laziness. The background is also very boring. I'm sorry this could have been a potentially interesting shot, but the lack of any effort completely destroyed it. |

This was the photo that I scored the lowest in this challenge and I thought I should give you the courtesy as why. The out-of-focus does nothing for me here (intentional or not) and the setting is more distracting that adding to the composition, including the window reflection on the bottle.
That said, this does meet the challenge and the egg in the bottle is unique and clever so this got a 3 from me. |

focus must always be the highest priority (as I'm finding out in the current FS)...if it isn't crystal clear...it will always hurt you on this site (again....my FS, currently getting hammered for a little "soft in focus") but I'm learning as well. |

Good concept, but needs a lot of help photographically. Not sure if I'm seeing camera shake or if it's out of focus. A shallower depth of field could blur the background, if your camera is capable (try shooting at the widest aperture (lowest aperture number); with a point and shoot you may need to increase the distance between subject and background. You can straighten the photo using an editing program, unless the tilt is intentional |
