Ok..remember I'm on percocet but I'll try to remember everything I did to this.
Crop, levels, contrast, used the clone tool and spot editing tool to remove all the spots and stuff. Cleaned up some stray hairs.
Lucisart-whyeth, duplicate layer and add some Topaz Denoise. Reduce opacity on that layer. Add lucisart-sculpture. select eyes and adjust sat., sharpness and added some black with selective color. Used some filter in Virtual Photographer. Cloned out some imperfections. Blurred some spots on the faces with the blur tool. I know there's more but hell if I can remember! LOL
