| 15 1s that should all not be counted. How many of those people are voting like that because they felt that it didn't follow the rules when the rules clearly state that you don't knock a pic if you feel it doesn't follow the rules. This deserved a much better score for sure |

This was one of the most fun shots i've done for this site... and apparently one of mine that has drawn a lot of skepticism about my methods. The photo was challenged and validated by the site council. i guess i'll be careful about "lettering" in my shots in the future, so as not to draw the ire of the doubters ;-)

I really don't understand the low score on this one. It does make you wonder whether people voted low because they thought it wasn't basic editing (silly people)
Anyway, wonderful idea, well done, and I think it deserves a bluebird!

| This was my highest rated image in the challenge. Fifteen 1s! Even if they suspected a rules violation, why don't people vote on the merits of the image and refer you for validation as per proper procedure. |

LOL - indeed, it looks a bit like the Alien eggs. A bit over-processed to my taste though.
I only hope that the text is not added on the photograph but is indeed a part of the photograph. If added on, I believe you will get a DQ. |

| You may not know that printing is not allowed on a photo, though I'll give you the benefit while voting and assume the words were printed on a sign hanging above the egg (however unlikely). Will be curious to read how you lit this. Good concept -- I remember the original Alien poster very well! |
