A lovely Alice in wonderland feel to this image. A clever idea. I'm not sure about the desaturation. It makes the model look like she is ill, but perhaps that was what you intended! and the position of the model's right hand, touching the fame (the image's frame that is) keeps drawing my eye to it rather than the model's face etc.
The size of the frame compared to the model makes this interestign to look at but I find some parts of her and the vertical parts of the frame too washed out for my taste
