 Another one that I don't remember all the editing steps. I edited it earlier in the week and then this morning I added the clouds. I selected the cart with the people and then went to filter (in CS2) then render, then clouds. Then I used my history brush to clean up the tracks. Used a gradient to make the clouds at the top a little darker.
