 Ok...where to begin? Levels, contrast, lucisart, then i found the texture in the windows in the texture library and filled in th windows. used a filter in virtual photographer. Cleaned all the edges around the window. Lots of dodging and burning. color adjustments. Noise reduction, USM.
PS...I'm sure I forgot some steps. This was my 3rd attempt on this one.
