- so the brown is rightfully mine? And besides you got more of the high marks than I did. Though we may not know if your ultimately lower score is the result of greater visual obscurity.... Provocative, I think, in whatever challenge.

I can't figure out how to add something to the photographer's comments, maybe I should be a paid-up member?

Anyway, I'm very chuffed with my first brown, and with all the interesting comments. But, I'm sad to say that this is mainly due to a mistake on my side. This is a photograph of a water drop on a very hairy leaf. I liked the abstract swirls that it made in the water, and thought it might be a good contender for some interesting comments and a very low place (maybe brown?) in the "In the Garden II" challenge. Then I went and entered it in the wrong challenge by mistake!

So, for the DNMC comments - you're spot on! For the others, who saw a bit more in it than even I did - thanks a bunch!

I'm all for thinking outside the box, but I just don't get what this is (water drop?), why it's so out of focus and how it much relates to dance. Interesting and more of an abstract. Tip of drop looks blown out.

That's just weird. It looks like a focal thin DOF time slice of movement but the dance connotation has got me flummoxed...

I'm guessing Posthumous or Clive Patrick Nolan : )

Sorry but I dont see how this related to the challenge. I would have liked more depth of field so that more of the image is in 'focus' as to show of the water bubble.

Not sure what I am looking at here. Sorry.

I see an abstract but I don't see dance; although this is an interesting photo but IMHO I just think it's a DNMC

Cool abstract, but I'll be darned if this is a photo of "1 or more people dancing."
