| I really liked this shot, should have finished higher imho. I wanted to do a shot similar to this with an old pair of kids shoes but it didn't come out right. Putting this over at Posthumous Ribbons, Part IV |

| hehe...very nice. I like this image very much - the shoes are almost incidental, and i like that. subtlety is often lost when the challenge topic is so literal. Not gonna lie though...I'd have gone over the top happy if there were ripples in the water just beyond the dock :) (don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting you should have done that - it's your photo, not mine - i just think that would have been hilarious). nicely done. |

| the water looks beautiful! the shoes aren't quite as sharp as i would have liked to have seen, but still a great picture :) |

| Good concept, great framing and setup! Processing could be improved a bit - not sure exactly what - but the image looks a little murky - maybe it's fog in the scene. Overall good job though. |

| The tilted horizon is distracting. Very nice choice of shutter speed otherwise. |
