PP steps:
Clone out a rope in front of the boat.
Create a Layer mask to isolate the background.
1) duplicate layer, Topaz photo pop, softlight mode with 40% opacity
2) duplicate layer, Topaz photo pop, soft light mode with 40% opacity
3) BW adjustment layer for desaturation
4) Levels
5) Cropped
