1) duplicate layer, Topaz photo pop, overlay mode with 50% opacity
2) duplicate layer, Topaz photo pop, overlay mode with 50% opacity
3) BW adjustment layer for desaturation
4) played with brightness contrast and levels
Crop and saved for the web
