Poor little Waldo - got neutered on the Feb 10th, and I could hardly wait to get him home with his e-collar. I knew exactly what I wanted to do. hehe
He hates the e-collar and refuses to walk in it. So instead he is wearing a doggy diaper to protect the area from him licking it.
The lighting was natural light coming through a window behind him.

just read your post(about the AFV)on the forums, so i wanted to look at your other work...and had to tell you that this was my favorite pic in the headwear challenge.... i was really surprised that it wasn't on of the top 3. my dog is the same when you put anything on him (clothes, hats, etc....) will stand perfectly still and not move until you take it off. poor puppies, but they do make for amazing pictures that capture so much emotion. great pic!!

I appreciated this one a lot and I think it deserved a ribbon. Congratulations anyway, I gave it a 10!

This would be perfect on the wall of a vet's office. Love the look on the dog's face. Great work!

This is just too darn cute not to comment on, being a fellow mini schnauzer owner. I'm an amateur photographer, so I'll leave the technical criticism to the pros. I think this is a clever and interesting interpretation of the challenge, and I love that it's in black and white and grey, to match your puppy.

This, my friends, is the face of misery. What a cutie, and how pathetic. Great detail on the face, although the rest of the body is slightly out of focus. It's not enough to make it a realy dof study, but enough to notice. Hope the pooch is ok....
