Cropped and scewed, resized.
Nik Midnight Filter in Sepia
Tungsten to Daylight - for acidy tones
Nik Glamor Glow with a little cold temperature
Overlayed the second window with a wet window filter
Vignette
Used an overlay over the whole image to give it a little more depth.
Selected the HOTEL sign, used Nik Color Contrast on it, as well as Hue/Sat enhanced red.
