 Bigggggg crop! I liked it better without the sailboat. Layers: levels, hue/sat., contrast, color adjustment. Used some lucisart which I love on cars. Duplicate layer and add noise reduction and reduce opacity. Duplicate layer and use some radiant in virtual photographer. USM. I think that's it.

The extreme crop works. I liked the idea of the sailboat in the shot, but it may have just been in the wrong place.
