Crop and rotate while cropping to straighten horizon.
Crop again
Selections copied and pasted to reconstruct some of the wood and some sky because after straightening I had some white areas and didn't want to crop enough to get rid of them.
Clone stamp and smudge tool to finish fixing wood
Clone out some smudges in the sky
USM
Filter Forge Freepack 2 vibrance
Selected wings and used USM again
Brightness/contrast adjustment in selected area
Cloned out a bit of the detail which looked a bit dirty on the neck but not too much of it.
Neat Image noise reduction
Magic wand selection of part of sky, repeat noise reduction
Repeat last step with another selection of sky.
