 Cropped denoised,mulpiple layer, darkened, Detailed with Topaz detail 2.0 preset "Creative details", sharpened, selective colour --> add black to the red until skin goes "bleeding" after which my open plugins crashed together and steam came out of the laptop. Lucky I had a copy. Played with the different layers a bit and merged them with this result.

Pretty dramatic outcome.
