 Original:

Duplicated photo, isolated child in one copy and cloned over child in the other. Moved child to the right. Keep child more or less as is and do the following to the background:

Soft blurring on background: two layers with 10px and 20px gaussian blur at ~40% opacity. The blurrier one masked to mostly apply to the center of the image.

Darkened sky by gradient mask on exposure layer.

Brightness contrast adjustment.

B&W with emphasis on red , greens and yellows, negative on cyan and blues. Toning to get brownish effect, and opacity at 80% to get a hint of colour.

Curves adjustment on the background.

Added noise: gray + add noise, blend as overlay at low opacity.
