| Awesome colors, they just pop. DOF is just perfect for this kind of shot, my eye goes right to the in-focus area and then explores the rest of the photo. |

The most preferred way is to fill the frame but depends on the subject I have. Anyway this is what I aim for.

Wonderfully bright colors! Excellent sharpness and focus on the yarn.
Your gallery is going to be so colorful after 52 weeks. I wondered if you were going to continue using the fill the frame technique to fill all 52 shots with brilliant colors. Here you kind of left that behind. It would have been cool to spread out the yarn to fill in the white space a little. You still could have kept the balls of yarn oof in the background. |
