 Adjust levels and curves. Crop. Lucisart. Selective color-add black to neutrals. Adjust contrast. Adjust color balance. Duplicate layer and add a little topaz adjust. Up the saturation. Select the sky and used noise reduction on the sky. Sharpen with USM.
