cloned out 1/8 of a surfer
Selected background and with Selective Colors muted it and added Nik Noise removal.
Selected inverse and gave that section a touch of Topaz Clarity. Punched up colors with Selective Colors.
Gave entire image another dose of Nik Noise removal (Defin)

When I took this image back in 2004 I knew nothing about processing. And while I did play with some in the series back then, I didn't get to this one. So this is as new to me as it is to everyone else.
