Ecce: Would love to take credit for the conversion, but it is basically antique plaque in silver nix with a bit of fiddling.

The previously mentioned dirtiness/grittiness of this is given a nice antidote by the man's glove. I love that you're still shooting from the hip.

Great stuff!

Love the way you made a boring scene interesting here! You must share your B/W conversion, the 'colour' is great for this shot.

Love the perspective here. At first it looks like the fellow with his hand up is intentionally blocking his face from the camera, but no...cool capture!

The tones of the photo go perfectly with the grittiness of the scene...nicely done!

Hands. This definitely works for me - great angle, too.

You really feel like you are in the midst of the scene, such a good sense of movement and moment.

Nice street shot, taken from the hip perhaps? The B&W works really well.

I like the angle and the headless workers. It kind of is symbolic about how they are the invisible heroes that really make the world go round.

I sure hope that guy is hailing a cab... anyway...

Very minimal blur here. I like the vignetting and the dark B&W. Looks like a group of contractors planning the job.
