The seems as though this could be one of those Victorian health spas...only it's modern day with a ghost skimming through the water.

love the colors and effective blur. I like how you burned in some detail to the exposure (like the railing to step our of the pool). My only quibble is there is maybe too much dead space in the middle of the frame. I you could somehow get the person closer to the middle of the frame makin it closer to a 4X6 ratio, I think a tighter composition would help.
