I take the point on processing, this will be personal taste. I chose the murkier look to give it a certain feel. It obviously didn't appeal to everyone.
As far as 'snapshot' goes - I'm ignoring that.

I love this...but I think I would have cropped out a bit more of the stuff to the left bringing her up closer in the picture..this has a very dreamy feel
A fun scene, marred by poor processing. What should be white snow is a muddy 25% reddish gray here, and it really takes away from the beauty of the capture IMO. 6
