I thought this might have been yours, but I wasn't certain enough to leave a guess. I agree with some of the other comments, in spite of traits that some could see as flaws, it successfully captures and conveys the impression of how cold the day is. Got a 7 from me for making me shiver.
This photo is subject to a lot of criticism for its technical qualities, but it really does what many other photos in this challenge fail to do: it captures coldness. You've met the challenge spectacularly by capturing the pedestrian's face and the flurry of snow around him. He shivers against the cold as a gust of wind blows, otherwise lost in his daily routine. Here we see a slice of daily urban life in the northern climes, unfiltered by the artistic pretensions that plague so much of photography. You've really got something here.
