Really sorry this did not score better! I gave it a 7 ... and would've even scored higher in a different challenge (graffiti was minimal). You have a great eye.
I'm speechless about this score. The best justice you can do it is to print it and hang it.
I might as well start a personal award, this is one deserves it the most.
I like the framing and the composition, in general, but I wish you hadn't tried to get rid of the gritty feeling (in the processing) because I think that's the way grafitti looks best. 6
What can I say? This is the only 10* I gave in this challenge. The low saturation but high vibrancy are really beautiful.
I love the warm tones, the layers, the texture, the subject, the composition. This is in a league of it's own like The Goose Lady
I really really really hope you win because if you don't, I'll have to create a personal award!
